These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website, operated by LDP CONSULTING LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. By placing an order you accept them.
What you are buying
You are buying a digital file — a guide, template, spreadsheet, pattern or printable — delivered by email. No physical item is produced or shipped. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable once; we do not run subscriptions and we do not store your card details.
Your licence
- You may use the files for your own personal or internal business use, on as many of your own devices as you like, and print them for that use.
- You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute, or bundle the files, in whole or in part, and you may not upload them to file-sharing services or sell derivative versions.
- Copyright in the files stays with us or with our licensors. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Nature of the content
Our products are educational and informational. Guides that touch on health, herbs, nutrition, fitness, study preparation or finance are not professional advice, are not a substitute for a qualified practitioner, and do not guarantee any particular result. Always consult a doctor before changing anything related to your health, and verify exam requirements with the relevant official body.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep descriptions and previews accurate, but small differences can occur. We may update, improve or withdraw a product at any time; a withdrawal never affects files you have already bought.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Where you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
